Residential New Construction Available Summer 2026

Under Construction - Custom carriage house was designed to complement the homeowners’ existing lake residence while providing additional flexible living space. Thoughtfully positioned on the property, the structure respects the character of the main home. The design offers functional accommodations for guests and storage, while maintaining architectural consistency through materials, rooflines, and detailing. The carriage house enhances the property’s usability and long-term value while preserving the relaxed elegance of lake living.

From Paper to Completion - This home was custom designed in close collaboration with the homeowners and our Architect, beginning at the earliest concept stage and carried through to final construction. From initial sketches and layout planning to material selections and architectural details, every decision was thoughtfully considered to ensure the finished home reflected both the vision and the functionality desired.  The process emphasized clear communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, resulting in a cohesive design that seamlessly transitioned from paper to a fully realized home.

This project began with architectural plans initiated by the homeowner and evolved through a collaborative partnership to bring the design to completion. We worked closely together to refine the design, making thoughtful and economical revisions, and aligned design choices with budget and functionality without compromising the original vision. Every detail was carefully managed through construction, culminating in the moment the keys were handed over - a beautifully completed home, tailored to their dreams and ready to be lived in.

On this serene inland lake lot, we helped the homeowner bring their vision to life by designing and building not just a beautiful main home, but also a detached office and garage.  Every detail was carefully planned to maximize functionality, creating a complete lake-living experience that blends, comfort, style, and practicality.
